Thank you for shopping at Kavachauto (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”). Please read this policy carefully. This is Kavachauto’s refund policy for purchases made at www.kavachauto.in (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1. Standard Products

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: We do not offer COD for products listed under the “Products for Tractors” category or for specially customized products.

Customized Products: Please note that specially customized products cannot be returned once production has begun. We will notify you during the ordering process if your item qualifies as a specially customized product. COD is also not available for specially customized products.

2. Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at carekavachimpex@gmail.com or +91 76781 99024 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
